Our ideal Salesforce Developer will have exceptional Salesforce customization experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, deploying and maintaining development for Salesforce. Any development and/or certification in Netsuite is an added plus! MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
  • Develop on the Force.com platform using APEX, SOQL, Lightning and PushTopics
  • Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the Salesforce application
  • Document best practices and operational procedures and facilitate continuous improvement within the environment
  • Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
  • Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
  • Proven success as Salesforce developer with 5+ year’s experience
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years of outside consumer sales experience
  • A current, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • A cell phone (preferably a smartphone)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • A customer-centric, friendly and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff
  • A flexible schedule that allows for some evening & weekend appointments
  • A highly persuasive, self-disciplined & honest work ethic
