What you’ll do:

  • Become a specialist in renewable energy
  • Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
  • Educate potential and existing customers on Sunpro Solar’s clean energy solutions and ways to save money
  • Confidently discuss options and close contracts
  • Participate in the company led events to generate sales

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience
  • A current, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • A cell phone (preferably a smartphone)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, with customers and office staff
  • A flexible schedule that allows for some evening & weekend appointments

Lead Setter | Fayetteville, AR

Lead Setter:

As a Lead Setter at Sunpro Solar, you will be going to homeowners door to door style.  Your job will be to inform each homeowner of the benefits of Solar and invite them to meet with a specialist to further explain the process and advantages of going solar.  No selling involved, you will simply schedule an appointment for the homeowner to meet with one of our specialists.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Serves as the first point of contact and community brand ambassador in the Sunpro Solar Sales Experience
  • Greets, presents, and incentivize potential clients to the benefits of Solar and invite them to meet with a specialist to explain the benefits of going solar.
  • Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of our company while pre-qualifying potential customers
  • Maintains an accurate record of all transactions and customer logs
  • Responsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standards
  • All interactions are in person and do not include telemarketing
  • No selling, just scheduling the appointment for the homeowner to meet with the specialist.

Field Supervisor | Fayetteville, AR

Buildpro (Roofing Division) Field Supervisor:


Compensation & Benefits:

• Previous experience/knowledge in the Roofing, Siding, and/or Gutter industry a PLUS, but not required

• Prior Project Management experience a PLUS, but not required

• Strong computer skills: MS Office, Email, Google

• Previous experience negotiating and contracting with crews and pay

• Ability to work with multiple groups to schedule work and trades accordingly

• Detail orientated, and organization is a necessity

• Must have or obtain a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures

• Ability to lift 50lbs or more



• Act as the liaison between Buildpro and Subcontracted Crews

• Directly facilitate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of Production Crews

• Work with local office Production Crews to assign and schedule jobs to be completed

• Work with local townships and municipalities around building permits

• Work with Regional and District members of the Buildpro Opps Team to meet build dates

• Perform Services as needed

• Pick up leftover materials on job sites as needed



• Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 as possible; varied hours/Saturdays; Sundays as needed

• Employee is considered on-call for off-hours in emergencies.
