Salesforce Administrator | Mandeville – Northpark A, LA

Sunpro Solar is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to provide hands-on leadership in our fast-paced organization. We need a self-starter who has a demonstrated track record in managing stable, high-performing Salesforce implementations. This role is part Technical Project Manager, part Administrator and part Salesforce Analyst with overall responsibility for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce environment. Your leadership experience will be valuable as you work directly with stakeholders to understand change requests, coordinate upgrades and testing, and serve as a liaison between technical teams, end-users, and senior leadership.

Markets and Policy Analyst 

Sunpro Solar is seeking for a Markets and Policy Analyst for our Mandeville, LA location! As our Markets and Policy Analyst you will work through our data and analyze it to find conclusions. This position is for an individual interested in developing a career in the exciting, fast-paced renewable energy industry. The ideal candidate will be driven to take ownership of the process of providing the analytical foundation needed to steer a high-growth company’s vision and business decisions. They must be able to critically analyze constantly changing markets, policies, supply chains, sales channels, labor markets, and other factors affecting residential solar energy, energy efficiency, storage, and related markets. A successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, creative, flexible, and able to confidently present independently determined conclusions. This position will provide the candidate a unique opportunity to work with the company’s business strategy, analytics, and legal teams.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and providing creative thought to determine new or improved market analysis metrics
  • Critically evaluating opportunities and risks in new and existing markets to determine the best allocation of resources
  • Reviewing current and new products, service offerings, sales channels, logistics, and materials procurement to provide recommendations for improved efficiency, economics, and growth
  • Developing predictive analysis of near and long-term changes in input costs and demand at the macro and local levels
  • Analyzing opportunities to expand C&I business
  • Researching state and federal policies, and monitoring regulatory developments
  • Providing specific recommendations directly to executive management supported by detailed and thoughtful analysis
  • Supporting the compliance team and the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions
  • Completing a variety of ad-hoc responsibilities within the business development and analytics teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

Business Data Analyst | Mandeville – Northpark A, LA

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst role is responsible for the execution of all sales reporting needs that will drive inside sales initiatives for our dynamic outbound sales team. The teams’ success is linked to the effective, aggressive and detailed reporting and presentation of sales avenues nationwide. This is a data driven role in which analysis will drive company decisions and will provide opportunity for immediate impact on the business’ performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Work closely with Lead Generators to ensure mass volume of quality leads are being generated for the entire US market; current and desired future territories
  2. Help form data management and automation of processes within the data team
  3. Assist in the creation of compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations
  4. Validate the quality and quantity of leads coming in and reconcile with invoices for accuracy
  5. Identify opportunities to improve data and business processes utlizing AQL/Python
  6. Leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thought and decision making
  7. Analyze market trends to proactively identify growing or shrinking markets and determine what factors, sectors, governmental regulations, etc. are causing market changes
  8. Develop detailed, quantitative analyses work associated with developing meaningful insights to business performance
  9. Conduct deep dive analyses of third-party provided data versus new leads to identify potential gaps in coverage and provide recommendations for improving coverage
  10. Evaluate performance of different marketing channels based on operational and financial performance
  11. Work with management in creating and managing the acquisition and marketing budget for the third-party lead sources to ensure spending is efficient and effective
  12. Provide variance and impact analyses of lead generation, cost, revenue and aggregate acquisition performance
  13. Collaborate with members of Sales, Finance, Operations and Accounting departments to ensure maximum benefit from lead generation
  14. Partner with our marketing team to assist in the design and execution of various lead-generation programs across multiple marketing tactics and channels. Spearhead design and recommendations of programs to increase profitability and market growth
  15. Continually analyze sales and marketing effectiveness, identify strategic and tactical opportunities, and make recommendations to further profitability and growth
  16. Socialize and network to build a consensus on best practices for measurement and analysis of sales and marketing
